Each individual is an integral self, hence I would like to assess how one's cognitive, physical, social and spiritual conditions have impacted his/her living, then work with client together to bring a happier life, to live out his/her full potential. I have almost 20 years of experience in performing pre-marital & marital counseling, bi-cultural parenting, grief counseling; working with immigrant families for adjustment issues; promoting client's self-awareness and emotional management; assisting clients to deal with depression, anxiety, women issues, phase of life adjustment, spirituality and mental health issues.
Moreover, I utilize integrative therapy by adopting cognitive therapy, multigenerational therapy, family system approach, psychodynamic and Christian counseling. Therapy can be conducted in individual, couple and family unit. I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Besides providing psychotherapy, I also came from the managerial background as the clinical supervisor and accredited by the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy as their "AAMFT Approved Supervisor".
